Description
- a member of Lamiaceae family
- a perennial herb that grows to a height of 75 cm
- stem: quadrangular, purplish in color, ascending and much-branched
- leaves: simple, glabrous and arranged in pair
-petiole: short and leaf blade is lanceolate with a serrated margin
-flower: light purple/white
-fruit: an oblong-ovoid brownish nutlet about 1.5 to 2.0 mm long
